Whitelisting / Partnership Ads / Spark Ads

You run the creator’s post as a paid ad — often through their handle — so the ad keeps their face, social proof, and comments. Meta calls this Partnership Ads; TikTok calls it Spark Ads. “Whitelisting” is the old agency word.

The creator grants permission (and usually ad-account access or a code) so you can put budget behind their content and target people who never followed them. The comments and profile picture stay theirs. That package routinely beats the same footage run from a brand account.

Price it as a line item: content fee ≠ 30-day Spark rights ≠ 6-month usage on your handle. +20–50% on top of the post is a common opening range; big always-on spends should be a separate negotiation. Exclusivity is a third line if you want them quiet on competitors.
