Content Seeding
You send product to many people with no contract and no guaranteed post, and hope a fraction publish. A volume bet, mostly at nano, never your only channel.
A realistic planning number is a low double-digit percent posting, not 80%. 200 boxes and 20 posts is a win if unit cost is low. There is no brief, no unique code unless you sneak one in the insert, and no usage rights. You also still need FTC disclosure on anything that was gifted — “I bought this” when they did not is the problem.
Seed to discover who already likes the product. Pay the ones who can film. Seeding as a substitute for a briefed micro wave is how brands decide “influencers do not work.”
